Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the WOVN application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined below.
Definitions
- Application (or App): Refers to WOVN, the software program provided by the Company.
- Company (referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our"): Refers to .Enterface, LLC and Primitive Path Consulting.
- Device: Any device that can access the Service such as a cellphone or tablet.
- Entrepreneur: A user who creates a business profile to showcase their products, services, or story.
- Service: The App and any related services provided by the Company.
- You: The individual accessing or using the App.
Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
- Post content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to others
- Use automated scripts to collect information from or interact with the App
- Misrepresent your identity or business information
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Entrepreneur Profiles and Community Content
WOVN allows Entrepreneurs to create public profiles featuring their stories, products, and services. By submitting content to the App, you:
- Grant .Enterface, LLC and Primitive Path Consulting a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the App
- Confirm that you own or have the right to share all content you post
- Understand that public profile information is visible to all App users
- Remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your business information
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of .Enterface, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent. Entrepreneur-submitted content remains the intellectual property of the respective Entrepreneur.
Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, .Enterface, LLC and Primitive Path Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
