1. Introduction
Welcome to Fiesta Connect, a mobile application designed to enhance the experience of the annual Fiesta Topeka celebration.
Fiesta Connect is an independent technology project owned and operated by .Enterface, LLC.
The application was developed in collaboration with Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and Fiesta Topeka affiliates to provide a digital companion for festival attendees, volunteers, and organizers.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Fiesta Connect application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the application.
2. Purpose of the Application
Fiesta Connect was developed to explore the benefits of a digital platform that supports community events such as Fiesta Topeka.
The application is designed to:
- Provide event schedules and announcements
- Assist with volunteer coordination
- Share cultural and community information
- Improve communication between organizers and participants
The application functions as a community engagement and informational tool and is not intended to be a commercial or transactional platform.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Fiesta Connect mobile application and its technology are the property of .Enterface, LLC.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Application source code
- Software architecture
- User interface and design (UI/UX)
- Application structure and features
- Custom branding and digital assets created for the application
Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and Fiesta Topeka affiliates retain ownership of:
- Fiesta Topeka event branding
- Event content and descriptions
- Festival names and associated cultural materials
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All software and technical infrastructure remain the sole property of .Enterface, LLC.
If Our Lady of Guadalupe Church wishes to assume ownership of the Fiesta Connect platform in the future, a formal purchase or ownership transfer agreement must be executed with .Enterface, LLC.
4. Collaboration Statement
Fiesta Connect represents a collaborative community effort between:
- .Enterface, LLC — responsible for software development and platform operation
- Our Lady of Guadalupe Church & Fiesta Topeka affiliates — responsible for event organization and content
This collaboration does not transfer ownership of the technology platform unless specified in a separate written agreement.
5. Optional Participation & User Consent
Certain features of the application allow users to voluntarily submit information through forms.
Examples include:
- Volunteer Registration
- Parade Participation Forms
Participation in these forms is completely optional.
Before submitting any form, users must:
- Read the provided consent agreement
- Confirm their understanding of how their information will be used
Users who choose not to submit forms may continue to use other public features of the application.
6. Volunteer Participation
Users who register as volunteers agree to:
- Provide accurate information when submitting volunteer forms
- Follow instructions provided by Fiesta event organizers
- Use the volunteer check-in system responsibly
Location verification may be used to confirm that volunteers are physically present within designated event areas when logging volunteer hours.
Misuse of the volunteer tracking system may result in:
- Removal from volunteer activities
- Restricted access to certain application features
7. Media, Photography & Third-Party Content
Fiesta Connect may display photography, media, or creative content provided by third parties.
Examples include professional imagery from:
- RAW Shutter Photography
All media remains the property of the respective creators.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of such materials is strictly prohibited without permission from the copyright holders.
8. Event Information & Accuracy
Event information within Fiesta Connect may include:
- Event schedules
- Locations
- Announcements
- Program updates
This information is provided by Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and Fiesta Topeka organizers and may change without prior notice.
While efforts are made to maintain accurate information, .Enterface, LLC does not guarantee that all information will always be error-free or current.
9. Acceptable Use
By using Fiesta Connect, users agree to:
- Use the application lawfully and respectfully
- Respect the community and cultural nature of the event
- Avoid attempting to tamper with or reverse engineer the application
- Avoid submitting false, misleading, or harmful information
Violation of these terms may result in restricted access to the application.
10. Limitation of Liability
Use of the Fiesta Connect application is at your own risk.
Neither .Enterface, LLC nor Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and Fiesta Topeka affiliates shall be responsible for:
- Technical errors or service interruptions
- Data inaccuracies or outdated information
- Losses or damages resulting from reliance on the application
- External websites or third-party links accessed through the application
11. Privacy
Fiesta Connect may collect limited optional information to support certain features of the application.
Personal information is never sold, shared, or distributed to third parties.

12. Updates to These Terms
